Welcome to Grudge Bot, a Discord bot developed by Grudge Studio ("we," "us," or "our") that provides access to Gruda Wallets, facilitates cross-chain cryptocurrency transfers, and supports features such as NFT minting and deck-building for use within the Grudge Platform ecosystem. By inviting, interacting with, or using Grudge Bot ("the Bot") on Discord, you ("you," "user," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Bot.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Grudge Bot, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy (available at [insert link]), which details how we collect, use, and protect your data. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Bot, or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you confirm that your legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Grudge Bot is a Discord-integrated application that:

  • Provides access to and tracks Gruda Wallets, a cryptocurrency wallet system managed by Grudge Studio.

  • Facilitates cross-chain cryptocurrency transfers between supported blockchain networks.

  • Enables users to mint NFTs, manage virtual card decks, and interact with the Grudge Platform ecosystem (e.g., via https://www.grudgeplatform.com/nexus).

  • Offers features such as wallet balance tracking, transaction notifications, and deck-building for gameplay within supported environments.

The Bot operates within Discord servers where it is invited and requires user authentication via supported wallet connections (e.g., Discord OAuth2, Metamask, Phantom).

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Account and Wallet Security

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account and any linked Gruda Wallets or third-party wallet integrations (e.g., Metamask, Phantom).

  • Do not share your wallet private keys, seed phrases, or Discord authentication tokens with anyone. We will never request this information.

  • You are solely responsible for any activity conducted through your account or wallet linked to the Bot.

3.2 Acceptable Use

You agree to use Grudge Bot only for lawful purposes and in compliance with:

  • Discord’s Terms of Service (https://discord.com/terms).

  • Applicable local, national, and international laws, including cryptocurrency regulations.

  • These Terms.

Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Attempting to exploit, hack, or reverse-engineer the Bot or its associated systems.

  • Using the Bot to engage in fraudulent transactions, money laundering, or other illegal activities.

  • Spamming, harassing, or abusing other users through the Bot’s features.

  • Interfering with the Bot’s functionality or the Grudge Platform ecosystem.

3.3 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate information when linking wallets or interacting with the Bot. Misrepresentation may result in suspension or termination of your access.

4. Licenses and Intellectual Property

4.1 License to Use Grudge Bot

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Grudge Bot for personal, non-commercial purposes within Discord.

4.2 Intellectual Property

  • All code, designs, trademarks, and content related to Grudge Bot and the Grudge Platform ecosystem (including "Gruda Wallets" and associated branding) are owned by Grudge Studio or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Bot or its content without prior written consent from Grudge Studio.

4.3 User-Generated Content

  • NFTs minted or decks created through Grudge Bot remain your property as digital assets, subject to blockchain ownership rules and any applicable Grudge Platform policies.

  • By using the Bot to mint NFTs or create content, you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to display and promote such content within the Grudge Platform ecosystem for operational and marketing purposes.

5. Cryptocurrency and Cross-Chain Transfers

5.1 Gruda Wallets

  • Grudge Bot provides access to Gruda Wallets, which store and track cryptocurrency balances and NFTs. These wallets are managed by Grudge Studio but rely on user authentication for security.

  • You acknowledge that cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible and that we are not responsible for losses due to user error (e.g., sending funds to incorrect addresses).

5.2 Cross-Chain Transfers

  • The Bot facilitates cross-chain transfers between supported blockchain networks. You are responsible for ensuring compatibility and sufficient gas fees for transactions.

  • We do not guarantee the speed or success of cross-chain transfers, which may be affected by network congestion, fees, or third-party service interruptions.

5.3 Financial Risks

  • Cryptocurrency and NFT transactions involve significant financial risks, including volatility and potential loss of value. You use Grudge Bot at your own risk, and we are not liable for any financial losses incurred.

6. Fees and Payments

  • $GBuX: The Bot uses an in-app currency ("$GBuX") for minting NFTs and other features. $GBuX can be purchased through the Bot (currently simulated with a test addition of 30 $GBuX per purchase).

  • Transaction Fees: Cross-chain transfers and blockchain interactions may incur gas or network fees, payable in the native cryptocurrency of the respective blockchain (e.g., ETH, SOL). These fees are not controlled by Grudge Studio.

  • Refunds: $GBuX purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

7. Recycling and Deck Management

  • Custom cards created via the Bot can be "recycled" in "Your Deck" to recover half the $GBuX spent. Recycling removes the card from both "Your Deck" and "Selected Cards" if present.

  • "Selected Cards" represent your active deck (up to 20 cards, max 2 of each card) and do not display recycle options, as they are intended for gameplay use only.

8. Third-Party Services

  • Grudge Bot integrates with Discord and may rely on third-party wallet providers (e.g., Metamask, Phantom) and blockchain networks. We are not responsible for the availability, security, or performance of these services.

  • Discord login is facilitated via OAuth2 at https://discord.com/oauth2/authorize?client_id=1342593452793270302&permissions=8&response_type=code&redirect_uri=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.grudgeplatform.com%2Fnexus&integration_type=1&scope=identify+applications.commands.permissions.update+webhook.incoming+guilds+applications.commands+connections+lobbies.write+bot+gateway.connect+sdk.social_layer. You agree to comply with Discord’s authentication terms.

9. Termination and Suspension

  • We may suspend or terminate your access to Grudge Bot at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms, suspected illegal activity, or operational reasons (e.g., server maintenance).

  • Upon termination, your license to use the Bot ends, but your Gruda Wallet assets remain accessible via alternative means provided by Grudge Studio, subject to blockchain rules.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Grudge Bot is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted service. We do not guarantee the accuracy of wallet tracking, the success of cross-chain transfers, or the value of minted NFTs.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grudge Studio, its affiliates, and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Grudge Bot, including loss of cryptocurrency, $GBuX, NFTs, or data. Our total liability shall not exceed the $GBuX you have spent through the Bot in the preceding 12 months.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Grudge Studio from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of Grudge Bot, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version here. Continued use of Grudge Bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Check this page periodically for updates.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
